	&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Smith Rock can be seen at the far right. This water level indicates the original one created by the most recent Chesuncook Dam, prior to Rip Dam's construction in 1916. Smith Rock has TWO rings to catch booms: one at the upper ledge, and one on the ledge seen here.
